1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Timeframe: Items must be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition:
Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags
attached. Items must be free from wear, stains, odors, or any
alterations.
- Packaging:
Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any branded
boxes, dust bags, or accessories that came with the purchase.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Personalized or custom-made items, final sale items, and intimate apparel are not eligible for exchange.
2. Exchange Process
