  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Items must be free from wear, stains, odors, or any alterations.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any branded boxes, dust bags, or accessories that came with the purchase.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Personalized or custom-made items, final sale items, and intimate apparel are not eligible for exchange.

2. Exchange Process
